Equinox Festival 2024 Application for Accessible Camping and/or Carer’s Pass
Carers passes will only be issued to persons accompanying an adult ticket holder.
Equinox Festival provides a number of facilities to accommodate disabled customers’ needs including accessible toilets and a dedicated accessible camping area with wheelchair/scooter charging and/or electric hookup for medical equipment as required. We will also provide a complimentary carer’s pass for customers who require this support.
Parking is free of charge for Blue Badge holders. In exceptional circumstances cars can be parked next to tents in the accessible camping area. Vehicles will not be able to be moved during the event except in the case of an emergency with permission from the management team. We are unable to offer this to everyone due to restrictions on space.
If you have a live in vehicle or caravan, you will need to purchase a pass for this along with your weekend ticket.
We can only provide electrical hookup for essential life support systems. You must provide current PAT certificates for all equiptment and cables. Electric hookup is solely for life support systems only, not kettles, toasters, or any other domestic appliances.
To ensure that we provide the right support and facilities to customers with genuine needs, we ask you to provide us with details of your requirements and evidence of your disability such as a copy of your PIP award letter or a Doctor’s letter.
If your application is successful you will receive your Accessible Camping and/or Carer’s Pass by email from our ticketing agent, Skiddle. These passes are valid when presented at the Box Office together with your Adult Weekend Ticket and Live-in Vehicle/Caravan Pass if applicable.
