Workshops, Walkabouts & Campaigns

Equinox Festival encourages and supports ethical trade and practices so any information about how you operate in this way would be useful to support your application.

Workshops using minimal power or renewable energy will be given preference and traders demonstrating reasonable prices will be looked on more favourably.

We have limited space for Workshops, Walkabouts & Campaigns so please make your application stand out from the rest!

Terms for individual pitches/performances will be arranged on an individual and personal basis.
If your application is successful, you will be made aware by the 30th June 2024.
In certain cases a refundable pitch bond of £50 per workshop will be required to ensure traders leave their pitches clean and tidy and adhere to conditions of trading.
Please take care to ensure you have completed ALL the information requested and continue on separate sheets if necessary-we won’t be able to consider your application until we have received everything we need from you, this includes documentation such as insurance, etc.
Having traded at Equinox in the past does not guarantee automatic acceptance to trade at our next event- we need to vary what we offer within the limited space available to keep it interesting for our festival goers and will rotate stalls attending.

Before filling in this form, we recommend you read through it first to make sure you have all the relevant information required. Forms cannot be saved and if you're unable to complete the form you will have to start again.

Please note there is no budget for Workshops, Walkabouts, Campaigns or Photographers.

GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE (If appropriate)
PAT TEST CERTIFICATE OR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS TEST CERTIFICATE (If appropriate)
